Visualization in AMoDeus

AMoDeus has a viewer to visualize the simulation while it’s running, as well as to browse through the recorded simulation.

The visualization is a source of inspiration on how to improve dispatching strategies. For instance, if many cars have been parked in one area of the city, but requests are about to show up somewhere far away in a place without vehicles, that means the dispatcher is probably not optimal.

The visualization helps to detect any problems with the simulation. For instance, one of our dispatchers sent robo taxis on never ending loops in the road network.
